If a paid plan or add-on applies, billing follows the commercial terms shown at checkout or agreed separately.

• Recurring charges continue until cancelled in line with the commercial terms
• Taxes or third-party charges may apply where relevant
• Refunds, if any, are handled according to the applicable commercial terms

We may update the product, change features or suspend parts of the service when needed to improve, maintain or protect the platform.

• We may add, change or remove features over time
• We may perform planned maintenance or emergency fixes
• We are not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control

You remain responsible for the data and content you upload, including its accuracy, legality and the permissions needed to use it.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use
• Keep your own records and data exports where needed
• Use the service in a way that respects privacy and welfare obligations

We may suspend or end access if required to protect the service, comply with law or respond to a serious breach of these terms.

• Access may be restricted for security or abuse reasons
• You may stop using the service at any time in line with your contract
• Certain obligations may continue after termination
